OUR PROGRAMMES

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Prithvi Sanstha is dedicated to uplifting women by providing free skill-based training in sewing, mehndi art, and computer education. So far, 200+ women have completed sewing training, and 100+ have trained in mehndi art. These women, many from marginalized or economically dependent backgrounds, are now equipped to start their ventures and contribute to their families’ financial stability. By promoting self-reliance, the program plays a crucial role in enhancing women’s socio-economic status.
STRENGTHENING EDUCATION
The “Chalo School Ki Oor” initiative addresses the high dropout rates in rural and urban areas. By paying school fees, providing over 10,000 notebooks, textbooks, and school bags, the program ensures children stay in school. Focusing on tribal villages in Thane district, the initiative fosters a love for education and works to bring children into the mainstream educational system, creating a brighter future for underprivileged communities.

FEED THE HUNGRY
With 7,000 children dying of hunger daily in India, Prithvi Sanstha is determined to combat this crisis. The organization provides regular meals to garbage collectors, street children, and underprivileged families in tribal villages. This initiative ensures that no child goes to bed hungry, contributing to better health and opportunities for a productive life.
TRIBAL WELFARE
The organization actively works in tribal regions of Thane, distributing ration kits and providing training and education to uplift these communities. To protect homes from monsoon damage, the foundation repairs leaking roofs annually using tarpaulin and plastic sheets. Additionally, it distributes sarees, food grains to women workers, and new clothes to children, ensuring basic necessities are met while fostering dignity and hope.

HEALTHCARE SUPPORT
Recognizing the lack of access to quality healthcare in marginalized communities, Prithvi Sanstha conducts regular health camps for women at the community level. It also extends financial assistance to patients suffering from severe illnesses, including cancer, by directly supporting their treatment costs. This initiative ensures that medical care is not out of reach for those in need.
SUPPORT FOR ORPHANS 18+
When orphans reach the age of 18, they must leave government care facilities and are often unprepared for independent life. Prithvi Sanstha steps in to provide them with food, clothing, shelter, and continued education. The organization aims to protect these vulnerable youth from falling into unsafe paths, helping them transition into well-educated, self-reliant adults capable of contributing to society.
